"I am so tired", "My body aches", "I feel so stressed", "there's endless work"... common complaints by lots of people. And that is why, it is important and useful for us to find ways to recharge ourselves.
People often mistakenly think that healing sessions are only for those who are ill, in pain or in trouble. Actually, lots of clients who enjoy good health and happy lives know that having recharging sessions once a month to rejuvenate and for maintenance is essential to continued well-being physically, mentally and emotionally.
Besides doing self-healing for myself, I too pamper myself once a month with a recharge session by one of my fellow therapists. Why not? Our well-being is important isn't it?
