Amplifying Love and Abundance 2

Been distributing the red packets and...

there was a tissue uncle who thought the red packet was empty till I explained to him that there was money inside. I guess he must have past experiences receiving empty red packets in exchange for his goods. A tissue aunty asked me if I could help her buy some tissues and when I gave her the red packet, her face beamed like she struck lottery.

And this evening when I was having dinner with my parents at the hawker centre, an old uncle came by to our table to sell tissues. I took out a packet, wished him happy new year and took a packet of tissue (t's my practice to take one packet of tissue in exchange for cash as this respects their dignity). His face lighted up and he grabbed my hand warmly to wish me "happy new year" in return. Then he warmly shaked both my parents' hands and wished them too. Think it was a nice surprise for him as he probably expected a 'brush-off". The exchange blurred the lines between giver and receiver as we all benefitted from the joyous exchange!

And the other day, when I was at a shop buying some custard tarts, I decided to give the sales lady a red packet as appreciation for her smiley happy service. While she was shocked by the gesture, I know that her inner heart soared with joy (the lift in her energy is amazing!).

Besides them, other joy beneficiaries included cab drivers and service staff.

Simple gestures. Joyous hearts. Am looking forward to spreading more cheer and sunshine. :)))))

PS: Thank you C, G and J for your contributions!

Amplifying Love and Abundance

As a child, I love receiving "Ang Pows" or Red Packets during Chinese New Year. The giving of red packets (simply a red envelope with money in it) during Chinese new year is a tradition and it symbolizes luck and wealth. Red packets are typically handed out to younger generation by their parents, grand parents, relatives, and even close neighbors and friends. As an adult, I enjoy giving them out as well as receiving the occasional one. The beaming smiles provides a blast of pure joyous energy.

Imagine the amplification of that joyous energy when it is an unexpected gift?

With that thought, I roped in a few friends who contributed to a fund. With that fund, I've wrapped red packets (thanks to their generosity, there are lots more red packets than my solo effort!) and these will be distributed out to whoever I bumped into during the CNY period eg the tissue uncle or aunty, the cleaner, the cab driver, etc. Affinity.

It does not matter the "whys" of what they do or who deserve more. All the red packets are of the same amount because it's simply an amplification of pure unconditional love and abundance.

The night when I wrapped the red packets, my room was filled with this pure positive energy so much so that I had goose bumps all over. So I know that whoever receive the red packets will feel real good from the flow of pure love and goodness. :) :) :)

Abundance to everyone!

It's the first day of the Chinese New Year and this tradition is a great way to reconcile, forgetting all grudges, and sincerely wishing peace and happiness for everyone. During this period, we will be visiting our relatives and friends; exchanging mandarin oranges and gifts as well as distributing/ receiving red packets.

If you are energy trained, you can send also "energy greetings" to the people you visit or in fact to everyone you meet eg the cab driver, the bus driver, someone taking the same lift etc. It is a time to spread joy and love. Send them flows of peace, sweetness, joy, happiness, good health and abundance. For those who are QT-trained and knows supercharging, you can also send them the 12 colours.

Gong Xi Fa Cai everyone!!! And Happy Sweet Valentine's Day too!

Enhancing life force energy

I've been decluttering for the past week and thought to pamper my body for the hard work. :) :) :) So I popped by to My Foot Reflexology for a upper body massage.

They have been around since 1996 but it was my first visit to the place. The concept of My Foot Reflexology is to provide a place for relaxation, fully serviced by the handicapped. My therapist D was friendly and very good at what he does.

About 30 mins into my massage session, he asked me what I do for a living. When I shared with him my passion for energy work, his reply was: "Ahhhh, now I understand". Apparently, as he was working on me, he was puzzled as to why the 'texture' of my muscles etc was so very 'different' from all the customers he has worked on. He felt that my level of "qi" or life force energy is very high.

D's sharing reinforced the benefits of running energy to further enhance one's life force energy. Since I started energy work, my health has improved and I feel very good. My life is also abundantly different. But it takes discipline. I made a conscious decision to incorporate self-healing sessions into my daily life. And now, I also make time for myself to recharge even though I am "running energy" for others almost everyday.

So for those of you seeking to improve your well-being and are already energy trained, make time for self-healing sessions. Even a short session of 5 mins a day will bring about beneficial changes!

Spread cheer and sunshine to the elderly this new year

I just received an email with the feedback from the Superintendent of the home (Geylang East Home for the Aged) that the QT treatment has benefited the residents. Yippeeee!!!

Our first visit was in November and then last month. At both visits, our team of QT volunteers thoroughly enJOYed ourselves and we are thankful to be given this opportunity to be a gift to others.

Our next visit will be Sat 27 February 2010 from 3.45pm to 5pm. After the event, we could proceed for makan. The address is Blk 97 #01-439, Aljunied Crescent. The buses that goes there are Buses 80, 155 and 155A. From Aljunied MRT, it's a 15 mins walk to the place (refer to map).

Do let me know if you are able to join us for the activity. If you have further queries, give me a call at 9272 9476.

Being Love 2

Other examples of being love have surfaced in the past few days.

On my way to meet a friend, I witnessed the kind act of Love 3 onboard bus 28. In a crowded bus, a uncle made the effort to inform a stranger seated across him that the plastic bag that she was carrying had a hole. Thanks to him, she will have still have delicious kueh keuh to eat when she's home.

Love 4 recently sold and moved out of her home. Most people would just pack and leave the place empty for the new owner. She cleared, cleaned and even cleansed the place so that the new owner will be moving in to positive energy.

It's the start of a brand new week and kindness opportunities await us... enJOY being love(d)!!!!
