Experiences from Core Transformation 1

It seems like I've waited for a long time to realise my dream of being an instructor yet at the same time, I am in no hurry if you understand what I mean. And as we've realised, the Universe does have its flow and timing. And so last weekend, I was at Core Transformation 1 class.

Like my fellow course mates and friends in the class, we are really grateful to Alain and QT for organisng an advanced class here in Singapore cos' we are a long way from the US!

Alain is as amazing and nice as I've been told by people who have attended his classes before. I enjoyed his sense of humour and admire his wisdom and substance. This guy truly knows what he is doing and talking about!!!

My friend Yvonne remarked that I am in love with Core. Indeed I am. It's Yin energy and I find it extremely gentle, soothing and just over a couple of days, I experienced inner change and growth. That for me, is added bliss.
