humility. That there are situations that's truly beyond me or my skills right now. I am very good at what I do. At the same time, I am also a newbie in this whole field and some areas are, well non touchable for now. Like a friend shared, not worth the risk.
to let go. As much I want to be of help, at the end of the day, the client be it a family member, a friend or a paying client is the healer not I. This is a principle that I must remember. I was insulted by someone today who became angry and threw a temper tantrum simply because I spoke what the person did not want to hear. The anger was inward directed but deflected outward to others. I completely understand. At the same time, I learnt the meaning of "to let go". When the person needs help, then I will render it again.
to pace and take care of myself. I desire to provide the best for my clients/ participants and to be highly effective at what I do. So for example, instead of just teaching a Quantum-Touch workshop purely the usual syllabus way, I will use my ability to perceive energy flows and scan chakras to help my participants accelerate their learning. That also means I do over tax myself at times. Pace and take care of myself - that's the key message this week. I've been resting and recharging so that I can be even stronger and more effective at what I do.

Hello B!
Sorry to hear that you have been insulted, although it is a great opportunity for learning from another perspective.
Probably the tantrum was part of a healing crisis (catharsis) due to the root cause being emotional by nature.
Totally agree, that's why am not upset with the person. :)
