Acquiring Valuable Knowledge

I am a firm believer of on-going learning, and through the past decades, have invested time and money on my own personal development as well as to further enhance my skills to be even better at what I enjoy doing. As such, it is a delight to meet like-minded people be it management teams or participants through the course of my work (though work isn't that apt a term as I enjoy what I do and as such, do not see it as work work).

 

The following sharing is from one of my participants who recently attended the Quantum-Touch workshop, one of the training modules that I conduct. It is a wellness workshop that has benefitted many.

I came across Quantum Touch by chance while searching online for energy healing information.  By affinity, Bernadette became my 2 days Quantum Touch Level 1 workshop’s instructor.  The workshop was held on 1^st and 2^nd August 2015.  I came with a skeptical yet open-minded mind to see what Quantum Touch can do wonders.   Within few minutes after the start of workshop, I was already very comfortable with Bernadette (B in short).  Her self-confident level has assured me to renounce my skeptical mind which was instantaneous after the first attempt of experiencing the amazing energy we naturally possess during the practical session.  It was really a “wow!” for me, first time in my life of having such sensation and visualization of my own energy.

 

The experiences I had during this workshop are definitely unforgettable - Quantum Touch really can do wonders!  I was having trigger finger for months before this workshop.  I thought it probably due to nerves around the hand region, never did it occur to me that it was actually caused by the injury of my cervical vertebrae at C2 and C3 positions which happened many years ago.  This was surfaced during the practical session when the experienced B took notice of my cervical vertebrae and all the way from my arm to my trigger finger.  While energy was focused on my C2 and C3, my trigger finger actually twitched as if there was a string connected to my neck, followed by a warm sensation on my palm.  I could also felt the strong “up& down” energy movement between my C2 and C3.  In fact, B’s hands were stationary on my neck all the while.  I simply love this sensation and such technique taught is valuable for me to continue to work on myself after the workshop.

 

My skeptical mind emerged once again when distance healing was taught.  However, it subsided immediately upon testing out during the practical session.  My classmate was then at a far distance, no where could be seen.  By running energy on him imagery, he could amazingly felt and described the energy flow exactly as what I have performed on him during the sharing session.  There are many more amazing distance healing phenomenon stories which I personally practiced after the two days workshop.  I started to fall in love with the powerful distance healing J.

 

Lastly, I really enjoyed very much during the two days workshop, not only I have acquired a new valuable knowledge in my learning path but also I have made wonderful friends during these two days.  This newly acquired knowledge is definitely an added aid to subside my ailments as well as a compliment tool to my other professions.  Other than working on myself, now I am able to help my family and friends too.  Thank you, B for generously sharing your knowledge and experience with us.

 

 

Would you give it a go? Would you help someone else?

When I meet someone who is sick or in pain, I will share about Quantum-Touch and the other tools that I am familiar with (both mine as well as other therapists) that could be of help. My goal is not to convince them but rather, to provide them with additional resources. Hence, I will talk briefly about it and if they are keen, I will share more. If they are skeptical, I will give them my namecard and ask them to read my blog if they would like to know more about it.

If I choose to keep quiet for whatever reasons, then I deprive them of the opportunity of having another option. At the same time, if you are unwell, would you give yourself an opportunity to have additional options?

This morning, a friend shared with me about her friend whose mother possibly has leukemia. They are waiting for additional tests to confirm. So I told my friend that her friend might consider getting her (she's QT trained) to work on her mum. Complementary therapy to the doctor's treatments. My friend shared that this friend is utterly closed to Quantum-Touch but knowing my friend, she'll probably give it another shot.

It is unfortunate that this person made a decision for her mum without even giving her mum the option to decide. Am keeping my fingers crossed that she will change her mind. :)

In the same way, many people close options for their family or friends simply by not passing on information because they decide that it would not work.

With more options, the road to recovery is certainly brighter. And even if there's no recovery (we are not the creator, just helpers), the road is a lot smoother and less painful. These are the benefits that those with an open mind have discovered.

So, would you give it a go for a brighter possibility? Would you pass on information that will benefit someone else?

Successful People

For people whose model of the world have not yet expanded to include the world of complementary therapies, they often hold the limiting beliefs that complementary therapists are quacks/ mental/ cheats and that people who seek complementary therapies are mental/ out of their minds/ easy targets for cheats.

I do not hold those limiting beliefs and so, I have had the privilege of meeting and knowing:

• Fellow therapists and instructors who are intelligent, have so much life experiences to share, happy and balanced people, open-minded, see life in totally varied and different perspectives, engaging, live life richly and fully, have a totally abundant mindset and have very successful practices.
• Clients who have successful businesses or successful careers, logical and analytical, intelligent, well-read, well-travelled etc. They engage me because like anybody else who is human, they too experience the "lows" of life once in a while be it on a physical, emotional or mental aspect. The difference is they are smart and open enough to utlise as many tools and resources as possible to further enhance their well being and be back on track at a shorter time frame. Oh, there are also clients who are happily on track and they see me to add a further boost.
• Participants who are curious, skeptical, intelligent, kind, successful business people, have high flying careers, open to life and learning, loving, want to further ehance their well-being and to help others as well etc

Never Assume

Last evening, a client googled chat me and shared that she has passed on my contacts to a friend. It was nice of her to do so and I appreciate her gesture. More importantly, I appreciated the fact that she did not assume that her friend would not be interested in a healing modality. She just shared what she knows so that her friend can check out for herself, my blog as well as get in touch with me to find out more.

Never ASSUME because it makes an ass out of you and me.

Heard that at a training session once and I love it. Because we think we know best, we assume we know what's best for another. As such, we often make choices for them by not passing on information because we decide that they would not be interested. For example, I often meet friends of friends who are very interested in what I do because it could be of help to them. They then shared that they wish they knew of my services earlier so that it could have saved them a lot of pain and headache.

Well, they would have known of my services earlier and benefitted from them if those friends of mine have decided to pass on the information that I email out each month instead of pressing the "delete" button. :)

Judge Blindly, Miss Opportunities

I was looking at a QT video on Youtube recently and the comments made by one viewer reinforced the importance of being a true skeptic and not an ignorant arrogant mr/ms-know-it-all-not. He has never experienced QT nor read about it nor gone for a workshop yet had the knowledge to authoritatively proclaim this healing modality as being from the devil and that all QTers are cheaters etc etc.

Thanks to his insistence on blindly judging, blindly believing that his model of the world is the only model, blindly following his thoughts/ beliefs, he have missed the opportunities to:

Have a tool that can help himself feel better. I have so many stories from participants who have enhanced their physical, mental and emotional well-being as a result of QT and/ or other healing modalities. People who had insomnia now sleep better. Busy executives now have an immediate tool to de-stress or rid themselves of that migraine or when needed, to recharge themselves to work through an important deadline.

Have a tool to help those around him. A mother could work on her daughter's sty in the eye before it had the chance to swell up like it usually did. A husband now had a tool to alleviate the pain in his wife's knees. A friend could helped her friend who was emotionally distraught to calm down and be in a more useful state to solve the problem. A subordinate could send healing energy to her boss so to enhance his well-being in this challenging times.

Change his life. Every tool that we add onto our toolbox be it coaching techniques, a new book we read with useful insights/ tips, presentation skills, energy modalities and so on, always provide us with more open windows and doors for change to take place in our lives. Mindset shift. New perspectives. New friendship.

It's ok not to accept this tool if it is not to your preference nor liking. Or go against your beliefs. Just respect others who do find it useful. Just because they differ in view to yours does not mean that they are from the devil. It is precisely this ignorance disguised as truth that has caused pain and suffering in our history.

Donovan, my youngest student!!!

Quantum-Touch is a tool that can be taught to anyone and indeed it is!!! Donovan is only 10 years old, my youngest student to-date! There is no minimum age for participants and it is up to us as instructors to assess the capability of the participants.

Donovan is the eldest son of Owen and Ivy, he already knows how to QT his parents. Learning QT formally is to give him an added boost of confidence in his ability. Because I can perceive energy flows, I know for sure that he runs energy beautifully and is very strong. He is also highly intuitive! He is also very wise for his age!!!

After working on me, he asked me: "Bernadette, my mum's fengsui for next year indicates that she will not have good health. I can use QT to work on her?"

Wow! That's exactly what feng sui, astrology, horoscopes etc is... just an indication so that we can change it. Not an absolute truth. With QT, we can do something to positively change what might possibly happen and not dwell on the negativity.

Well done Don!!! I am so proud of you for being so wise and so open to learning! Am sure you will be an inspiration to other children/ teenagers as well as adults!

Am so happy that he's decided to work towards practitioner status and I believe that with coaching and mentoring, he will indeed be excellent as a therapist! I am so so so excited!!!!

Soar @ Quantum-Touch Workshops

One of my favourite joys is to sit on a swing and soar high. To be childlike. To play. To be free.

And that's how I feel when I am teaching Quantum-Touch. The sheer joy of sharing something that is a tool for inner freedom. A tool for people to be chidlike and to be happier. A tool for people to have a taste of soaring in the sky. A very practical tool that they can use to help themselves and others. I also believe that it's my ability to play, have fun, be childlike and be open to possibilities that allows me to be very good at what I do.

At every workshop, my participants rediscover a inner part of them, that part that believes in the awesomeness of possibilities, that part that knows that YES, I CAN DO IT! Above all, the participants learn to be childlike again and play. Yup, learning can be totally fun!

In a few hours, I will be running my weekend workshop. My woof woof workshop which is held in the evenings ended last week. So you can totally understand why I am feeling on top of the world!

Gotta shower and get dressed and then it's off to the SAF Yacht Club. Catch you later!

PS: For the pessimists who went "feeling on top will only get you crashing down!", well it is about your reframing of things isn't it? I intend to soar higher each time cos' I feel life as a trampoline. It only gets higher better each time! *BIG GRIN*

Aha! Another Reason to Learn QT!

I had a very interesting conversation with a friend recently. Very useful insights that I cannot not share it with you!!!!!! It's another reason to learn energy work!! I'm not mentioning my friend's name cos' I do not know if this dear friend wants to be quoted.

Everything on earth follows the “classical” science, aka Four Elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air. There is a fifth element, or spiritual energy, which is termed as Aether or Ether. Our thoughts are Air energy and in spiritual studies we believe that each person has a consciousness belonging to his/her soul. The soul communicates with one’s earthly body using the medium called Ether and this is transformed into Air energy like
thoughts and ideas.

Earth is the physical manifestation of objects, Water is about feelings and emotions, Fire is about motivation and the passion for life, Air is about thoughts and ideas. There is physical manifestation of each element, like Water’s physical is water, Fire physical manifestation is fire…. so on and so forth.

But the key difference between sentient and non-sentient beings is the soul/consciousness. Air also represents Science because of the
logical processing and thought required to analyze, critique, and formulate ideas. Astrology is a product of Air energy and it does not interfere directly with the Ether connections or consciousness of others, thus not affecting the Earthly bodies.

When trained, we can channel the Air energy in the Earthly realm to connect back to Ether and “attract” or “create” our future. This is also known as visualization. For those gifted who can sense vibrations packed with consciousness (Ether manifestation), the Water energy in those people is usually quite abundant.

Visualization taps onto the Ether realm, which helps to attract like-minded consciousness to the visualizer (via vibrations). It is powered by intent. So when someone’s intent is to destroy someone else’s intent, then there will be repercussions because of the clash of opposites. By sending out negative vibrations, the sender also attracts negative vibrations (hence the term we attract like-minded). So it is very dangerous to dabble in “black” magic or spiritual work involving “negative” intents.

Things about astrology can only be 100% true if we allow it to rule over us. If we do not creatively visualize our future, then science/astrology/probability/life-trends will rule over us to dictate the future. Again, we are not robots (meaning we have five elements; not four only. Because we have consciousness). We can access Ether via Air channels to attract what we want. The key is Practice, Practice, Practice.

The most important is the intent driving the four elements; regardless of all the types of energy work we are involved in.

WOW!! I am so excited! Do you comprehend the full magnitude of these insights!!!???!!!! It also explains why I feel such a strong calling to move into this direction, this strong desire to share and teach as many people, and the strong pull to specialise in chakra work using my gifts. My mission in life is to be a dream catalyst and energy work is one of the ways to help people transform their lives.

It also explains why I felt that among all the tools I have learnt through the years, it was when I learnt energy work that my life changed the fastest, that the dream life I desired way back started to materialise at a much quicker pace!

Now I understand.

PS: Am also finally grateful for the fact that I have "water retention" since water abundance is water energy right? :)

It all started with when I got involved with Golf. Being too engrossed in it, I went to the golfing range for 7-8 days in a row to practise my swings. I guess something must have happened during those sessions where I developed a dull ache in my palm. It got so bad that I couldn't swing the club properly. Sometimes, when I wake up in the morning, I would feel the ache in the hand too. This lasted for more than a month. Even when I rested from Golf, the ache wouldn't go away. Bernadette did 2 QT sessions for me, the pain didn't go away immediately, but within 2 days, I forgot that I had the pain. It simply disappeared, vanished. Even after I carried on playing, the pain didn't return. Now that I'm writing the testimony for her (a few months since I recovered), honestly, I can't remember which hand it was... left or right... :)

Subsequently, she helped to do QT for my mum's headache, my dad's aches, my wife's morning sickness, my little son's fever... I certainly would recommend anyone reading this to give it a go, and see what QT can do for them.

Complementary Therapy

I often remind participants at my workshops and clients that Quantum-Touch is a complementary and not an alternative therapy. People need not make a choice between QT or a western doctor, QT or another energy therapy, QT or a chinese doctor etc.

It is complementary which means simply, use QT together with whatever else that can help.

We live in an age where there are countless therapies, remedies and advice that we can sought to have a wholistic healing. Doctors are not to be feared, they are important for us to get a diagnosis. It's the medication that we've got to educate ourselves more on and see if alternatives can be found for example, my British friend Beryl is an expert with natural herbs and if I need 'medication' or supplement, she'll be the one I would check with.

If a client comes to me with say bleeding in the stools, the first thing I would ask is "have you seen a doctor?" If he or she has not, I would not see him/ her either till a visit to the doctor is done. With a diagnosis, then a world of opportunities arises for treatments and remedies.

The same is also true on the other spectrum. There are some people who would just opt for western medicine and not even consider any form of natural energy therapy to complement it. I respect their model of the world, theirs is probably a medical framework. Yet at the same time, I feel it's silly because natural energy therapy can complement and accelerate the healing process.

So the next question I often get is "Does it mean then that you can cure my wife of cancer?" I would answer that I cannot cure because your wife is the healer not I. What I can do is to be a catalyst for the healing process through my QT sessions plus my affirmative work together with whatever medical treatments that she is getting. We cannot determine the outcome ie whether the person live or not (we are not the creator) but we can give the person our highest and most loving vibrations so that she can tap on our strength to boost her own. That's a good chance as any to triumph isn't it?

And at times, miracles do happen. There's a 12-year old boy in Hong Kong who was diagnosed with luekemia. I was asked to distance him and I believe there were other energy workers working on him as well. He was undergoing chemo sessions. Within weeks of me knowing about him, we received the news that he's found a bone marrow transplant donor which is excellent news. That was the intention that we sent out to the Universe. Next, we focus on building up his strength so that he can undergo the operation. Throughout the whole process, I was told that he remained extremely positive and upbeat in spite of the pain that he must be going through. In the week that I left for this month long holiday, he was strong enough to go for the operation. I hear that he is recovering well and I am very excited to met him when I am in Hong Kong in December to conduct a QT workshop. I've invited him to attend it! The doctors shared that it is a miracle that he is even alive to go through the operation. Here is a wonderful testament to how doctors plus energy work can give a person a more than 100% chance to triump. Complementary all the way, extra booster and more often than not, accelerate the healing process.

My experience and the sharing of many others have also shown that even if the outcome is that the person does pass on to another beginning, because of the QT sessions, they often feel no pain even in the final stages of say, cancer. There was a man who was diagnosed with liver cancer who till the final weeks before his passing, was happily volunteering his time to give QT sessions as well as driving himself around. How's that for quality living in spite of condition?

That's the reason why I love QT and often will speak of it with anyone. And if I know of anyone who is unwell or has someone who is unwell, I will share with them about QT as well in a gentle manner. It is my responsibility to share but not to force or push. Often, I will share briefly and then invite them to read my blog or QT website if they are interested. I respect the fact that I know and thousands all over the world know how effective QT is. But they do not yet know. The invitation is for them to accept if they choose to.

QT Anywhere and Everywhere

One of the things I love about energy work is that you can teach it anywhere in the world to anyone. No limitation of nationality, gender or age!



I flew in to Scotland on Monday and straight to my first 'international' workshop. Had 6 love-ly ladies at the workshop and we all marvelled at the fact on how energy work truly connects people from all walks of life. Imagine me, a Chinese Singaporean woman, running a workshop in Scotland which is half the world away! Amazing amazing amazing! Had my oldest participant as well, my friend Marilyn's mum in law who is 85 this year. She's so lively, witty and loving.. such positive joyous energy! She truly inspires me!

Going with the flow and a prompt, I've booked my flight to Hong Kong in December to do a QT workshop. Received a totally unexpected email from a very nice lady in Hong Kong who's interested in learning QT. Took that as a sign to go ahead and so am all set to flow.

Through energy work, I'm learning to go with the flow even more, to dare to be me more and to enJOY life more. And it gives me great joy when my participants share their success stories with me and their experiences on how their lives have changed too.

Will be flying to Manchester tomorrow for a workshop and I've a strong feeling that it's needed for my growth. Am excited, curious and must confess, a little apprehensive. I know I'll have to move out of my comfort zone even more so that always makes one uncomfortable doesn't it. Keep an open mind, learn, absorb and flow.

QT Heals!

Hi Yvonne and everyone,


Today I saw my doctor to get the results of my Brain CT and PET scan. Great news is that the brain CT is clear and the PET scan didn't light up my spleen. This is amazing news and quite unexpected as the CT scan showed definate multiple spots a month ago. I thought I was definately under the knife this week and if I wasn't then it is because they have found multiple tumours elsewhere. For those of you that don't know what a PET scan is, it is a machine that detects tumours ofter they have injected you with this stuff from nuclear medicine. You wait for it to be taken up by the tumours (about an hour) then they scan you which usually takes about 15-20min in the machine. All increased activity (usually tumours) unless too small to detect lights up. My lung tumours still lit up but they have been stable for the last 15mths and didn't light up as much they did two years ago. I'll be back in Sydney in 3mths for a CT review.

I Love Quantum-Touch

Now that I'm a certified Quantum-Touch practitioner and have started seeing clients on a professional basis, my cousin Fiona suggested that I should start a website. I thought it'll be more personal to have a blog instead. Ok ok, the real reason is cos' I'm technically challenged and the thought of a website froze my brains. But blogger is so user friendly and easy to setup. So being the efficient me, I naturally opted for the easier and more effective option.

And that's also one of the reasons I love Quantum-Touch (easier and more effective option). Everybody and anybody can learn it. While based on scientific principles of resonance and entrainment, it is simple to understand, simple to learn and simple to master. Simple in mastery, rich in its benefits!

As with all things, you have to experience it to understand why we love it. Call me for a therapy session (if you are based in Singapore) or attend a workshop conducted my dear friend Yvonne Yeo.
